About Kuimeaux

The Foreword for KuimeuaxArt.com was written by Katherine Strause and Brad Cushman, the co-curators of the virtual exhibition of Southern artist Dwight “Kuimeaux” Drennan’s art on the website. Katherine and Brad are prominent figures in the Arkansas art community. She is a painter, Executive Director of the Arts and Sciences Center for Southeast Arkansas, and Artist in Residence at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Brad is an independent curator, visual artist and writer. Both live in Little Rock, Arkansas.
